Hervé-Maria Le Cléac'h born in Dinéault, France was ordained a bishop on December 18, 1943 from the Roman Catholic religious order Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Hervé-Maria Le Cléac'h was Appointed bishop of the Taiohae o Tefenuaenatal Diocese on March 1 1973 and received his episcopal consecration on June 24 1973 where he remained until his resignation on May 31 1986.
