José dos Santos Garcia S.M.P. (born April 16 1913) is an Portugese Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. At the age of age|1913|4|26, he is one of the oldest bishop in the Church and oldest Mozambique bishop.

José dos Santos Garcia was born in Aldeia do Souto, Portugal in 1913. Garcia was ordained a priest June 25 1938 from the Missionários da Boa Nova . He was appointed bishop to Port Amelia, Mozambique on April 5 1957 and ordained on June 16 1957, he resigned from the position on January 15 1975.
