The Villain is the follow up to The People vs.. It is the second studio album by Detroit rapper Trick Trick.

Trick Trick has explained that the album will be a lot hotter than his previous one and will light up the charts.
Eminem has contributed to the album, producing the album and guest starring. Dr. Dre will also be a contributed producer. Royce da 5'9" will contribute as a guest star, as well as rap/rocker Kid Rock, deceased D12 rapper Proof, Eminem & 50 Cent.

The first single "Let It Fly" leaked and features Ice Cube with production by Lil Jon.
