Mirosławiec air accident occurred on 23 January 2008 in Poland. EADS CASA C-295 of Polish Air Force from Warsaw to Mirosławiec 12th Air Base crashed on approach to Mirosławiec runway. The cause of the accident was determined to be a pilot error. All Polish C-295s were grounded until further notice.
