Greg Holmes (born August 29 1963, in Covina, California) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. He won one doubles title on the ATP Tour and reached his career-high singles ranking of World #22 in February 1985.

In 1989 he defeated Todd Witsken 5–7 6–4 7–6 (7–5) 4–6 14–12 in the second round at Wimbledon, a match that remains the longest Men's singles match at Wimbledon timed at 5 hours 28 minutes.
