"'Martin Bartlett, is a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Home and Away.

We first saw Martin when Sally Fletcher introduced him as the new deputy, but when was hospitalised, he got her job and hired Jazz Curtis as is secretary, who was blackmailing him, because she saw him at the illegal fight Ric Dalby was involved in. He then sacked Jazz.

Martin recently has hired Kirsty Phillips as his secretary at the school. Martin has been helping her out, and even took the blame for Oliver breaking his arm, when Annie Campbell and Jai Fernandez were supposed to be looking after him, when social worker turned up. Martin has started to develop feelings for Kirsty, and is to reveal that he was brought up by just his mother.
