About Restroom Association (Singapore)

A non-profit, non-government organisation, [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Restroom Restroom] Association was set up in year 1998 by the founder, Mr [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Sim Jack Sim] and the current president of the organisation is Ms Tan Puay Hoon. Till date, RAS have great support from the 3Ps which are the public, private and people sector.

In RAS, they have four main pillars namely the Community, Outreach and Education, Research Developement and Training and Standards.

RAS strongly believe in advocating clean [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toilet toilets] for everyone.

LOO Campaign

RAS will be holding the LOO Campaign on 19th November 2008 in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore_Zoo Singapore Zoological Garden] (Pavilion by the Lake). The purpose of this LOO Campaign is to achieve 70% of clean public toilets in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore Singapore] and address the concerns and needs of owners, cleaners and users.
