The Village at Sandhill is a 300 acre lifestyle center located in the northeast area of Columbia, South Carolina. It is located halfway between Interstate 20 and Interstate 77 on Clemson Road at the intersection of Two Notch Road. It competes with Columbiana Centre and nearby Columbia Place.

The Village at Sandhill was developed and is owned by Kahn Development Company. It originally opened in the fall of 2004 and is still currently under construction. When it opened, it's first tenants were Plex Indoor Sports, Rhoades Furniture, World Market and Super Bi-Lo.

The open-air center offers a mix of nationally and locally owned merchants and restaurants, many of which have their sole South Carolina location there. The current national anchors include JC Penney, which opened in 2005, The Home Depot, which opened in 2006 and Belk, which opened in 2007. It was announced in September 2008 that Best Buy will open it's fourth Columbia area location there in March 2009.

The Village at Sandhill’s latest expansion phase also includes the Promenade at Sandhill, a luxury condominium development located above retail shops. Here, residents have the best of both worlds: the panache of living in upscale sophistication, while enjoying both the convenience and the excitement offered by the region’s most dynamic shopping, dining, and entertainment destination – all just steps away from their doors.

When fully developed, the Village at Sandhill will contain over 3 million square feet of retail, residential, office, hotel, entertainment, and recreational facilities all located in one convenient setting. And, it was recently recognized by The International Council of Shopping Centers as one of the Top 9 Large Mixed Use Centers in the World in the trade organization's 2007 International Design and Development Awards. The Village at Sandhill was one of only four such centers in the United States to be included in this prestigous recognition program.
