17 Cosmetics or Boots 17 or Boots No. 17, aimed at teenagers, is a brand which was introduced in 1968.
Sam Bryant, Jonathan Saunders, Eley Kishimoto, Antoni and Alison and Daisy de Villeneuve are among the makeup artists and designers, who collaborate with Boots to launch 17 make-up collection.
