- Huband Baronets
The Baronetcy of Huband of Ipsley was created for John Huband of
Ipsley Court , thenWarwickshire , on 2 February 1661.The Hubands held Ipsley from the time of the
Norman Conquest . Tha Baronets were descended from Sir John Huband Kt., Steward to theEarl of Leicester , Constable ofKenilworth Castle andHigh Sheriff of Warwickshire in 1527 and 1544.The Baronetcy was extinct on the death in 1730 of the 3rd Baronet aged only 17.
