The Lompoc Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) is a group of United States federal prisons located near Lompoc, Santa Barbara County, California. The complex is located 175 miles northwest of Los Angeles, adjacent to Vandenberg Air Force Base. Lompoc FCC has two facilities, Federal Correctional Institution, Lompoc — a low security Federal Correctional Institution housing male inmates — and United States Penitentiary, Lompoc — a high security United States Penitentiary housing male inmates. The USP has an adjacent satellite prison camp that houses minimum security male inmates.
