SM City Santa Ana is a shopping mall located along A.P. Reyes Avenue cor Hippodromo Street, Carmona, Makati City, Philippines. It will be the second SM Supermall to be opened in Makati City after SM Makati. It is Located on the site of the Santa Ana Race Track. It was designed by Arquitectonica in collaboration with Jose Siao Ling Associates. This mall will have a similar design to SM City Marikina. The mall was envisioned to be the largest SM Supermall in the City of Makati and 7th overall. SM Santa Ana will be the second SM Supermall to have a Skygarden, envisioned as the first Zoological and Agricultural garden in the Philippines.

Mall features

The mall is divided into two buildings called the "Main Building" and the "South Annex". The two buildings are connected by a bridgeway that allow patrons to walk between the two structures. A waterfront park and a ferry terminal will be constructed by the Pasig River. SM Sta. Ana and SM Marikina will be connected by ferry. It will house 10 cinemas and the second branch of D-Cinema.

The main building will feature the Skygarden on its rooftop, where one can view the Makati skyline, the Pasig River and the Santa Ana-Tejeros Area. This area will also have an aviary and mini-zoo which will house animals from China and Palawan. The main building will house SM Hypermarket, Taste Asia, tWatsons, SM Food Court, Toy Kingdom, Kultura Filipino, Cinemas 1-5 and the SM Appliance Center. It will feature more than 200 retail shops and restaurants.

The South Annex will house the SM Department Store, Ace Hardware, Cyberzone, another branch of Watsons, Surplus Shop, the SM Entertainment Center with a capacity of 450, Our Home, Cinemas 6-10 and the D-Cinema. This building will have more than 150 shops and restaurants.
