Freddie Lee Toliver (February 3, 1961 in Natchez, Mississippi), is a retired Major League Baseball player who played pitcher from by|1984-by|1993. He would play for the Minnesota Twins, Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies, San Diego Padres, and Pittsburgh Pirates.
