The home was built in 1893 and is of the Queen Anne style. Harvey Hubbs most likely designed the home, John Mulligan & William Aitken were the contractors. Early adobe construction, the home had adobe with clapboard siding. House consider upper class on the south side of Kingman. Harvey Hubbs and his family are an important Kingman family. Hubbs had a business on Front Street known as Hubbs House which burned down in the Kingman Fire of 1898. The home today is owned by the City of Kingman and is used by Head Start. The house is on theNational Register of Historic Places and the number is 78001149.References
