Aftab Shaban Mirani (Urdu: آفتاب شعبان ميرانی ) is a politician from Shikarpur, Sindh, Pakistan.

Family

Aftab Shaban Mirani's wife Ms Safia Aftab Mirani died on October 4th, 2007. Safia Aftab Mirani was daughter of Khan Bahadur Allah Buksh Soomro, the first Chief Minister of Sindh.

Career

Aftab Shaban Mirani was Chief Minister of Sindh. Aftab Shaban Mirani was Defence Minister in Benazir Bhutto's government.

Aftab Shaban Mirani defeated Pakistani general election, 2008 Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Jatoi of National Peoples Party candidate for National Assembly seat NA-202 of Shikarpur and Khanpur.
