Annual output now stands at 14 million bhp, and the company’s share of the world market has reached 25 percent. Doosan Engine achieved 50 million bhp in aggregate production after just twenty years, an industry record, and has built the world’s largest electronically controlled marine engine. The company’s business today is mainly building and maintaining low and medium speed marine engines ranging from 700 bhp (520 kW) to 115,000 bhp (86,000 kW), as well as diesel generator engines up to 200MW.
