Angela Malik said,: “For me the best cooking in the world demystifies and encourages, it should allow everyone to experience the sensual pleasures of the excellent ingredients combined with passion and flair.
: Food is a sensory experience that encompasses all of our five senses touch, taste smell, sight and hearing. The perfect dishes are a delicate balancing of the five tastes; slightly fiery, a touch of sour tang, with perfectly balanced salt and a touch of sweet, underlying it all the power of bitter.
: My cooking is modern, fresh and accessible. It is taking the flavours of the East and combining them with fantastic British ingredients to create a new style of Eastern inspired food. Each dish is a fantastic balance of textures and tastes.”
