Portland Community Land Trust

Portland Community Land Trust (PCLT) is a non-profit organization based in Portland, Oregon, United States. It was incorporated in 1999.

PCLT is a non-profit community land trust member organization that provides homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income families and individuals. PCLT gives members local community control of housing and land, and creates a permanently affordable stock of housing. The Portland Community Land Trust currently has over 90 homes in trust, and has helped over 100 families buy their first homes.
