Ronnie Dove

Ronnie Dove (b. September 7, 1937, Herndon, Virginia) is an American country musician.

Dove first began performing in Baltimore pubs, where he played with his group The Belltones. They recorded the single "Lover Boy" in 1959 and covered Buddy Knox's "Party Doll" in 1963. He lost popularity towards the end of the decade, but returned in the 1970s with recordings on Decca Records and Melodyland Records. In 1987, he re-signed with Diamond. He continued performing into the 2000s.
