The Weybosset Mills Complex is a historic industrial site located at Dike, Oak, Magnolia, Agnes & Troy Streets in the Olneyville section of Providence, Rhode Island.

The complex dates from 1836. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 10, 2008.

The site was also known as Waterman's Eagle Steam Mill and the American Woolen Company.
