Denver Christian Schools (DCS) is a Christian school system located in Denver, Colorado[1]. DCS was established in 1916 to help educate the children of Christian parents in the Reformed Christian tradition. Today, DCS is a non-denominational school. DCS is accredited through the North Central Association and is a member of Christian Schools International. The high school campus, Denver Christian High School, is located in south Denver. DCS also consists of two elementary/middle school campuses. The oldest of the two is the Van Dellen campus, located in south Denver. This campus was named after Christian Reformed pastor Idzard Van Dellen. The Highlands Ranch elementary/middle school campus is named after the community in which it is located, a suburb south of Denver. Both of these campuses also feature a preschool.
