- Alamo National Forest
Alamo National Forest was established by the
U.S. Forest Service inNew Mexico on January 15, 1918 with 66,008 acres by consolidating Guadelupe andSacramento National Forest s. On July 1, 1919 the entire forest was transferred toLincoln National Forest and the name was discontinued.
