Ballycong

Ballycong is an area southeast of Ballina, nestled between the River Moy and the Ox Mountains in the parish of Attymass.

The peat bogs that dominate the landscape to the east were the inspiration for the Poem by Mark Wheatley, entitled "Ballycong"
