"Weightlifting" is the fourth album by Scottish Indie pop band The Trash Can Sinatras. Released on August 31, 2004 in the United States, it is the first full studio album released by the band in eight years since the 1996 offering, "A Happy Pocket".

A special double disc limited edition version of the album was released initially with a bonus DVD containing special content and videos of the band.
