Andrew O'Shaughnessy (28 July 1866 – 1956) was an Irish politician and woolen mills owner. O'Shaughnessy was elected to Dáil Éireann as an independent Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cork Borough constituency at the 1923 general election. He did not contest the June 1927 general election.
