The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania (Lithuanian: Lietuvos Respublikos užsienio reikalų ministerija) is participating in formation of Lithuania's Foreign Affairs policy and represent interest of Lithuania and its citizens, protect their rights. The current head of the Ministry is Audronius Ažubalis. On 1918-11-04, soon after Lithuania reestablished its independence, the Foreign Affairs office was opened.
