Stasys Lozoraitis (1898–1983) was a Lithuanian diplomat. He served as the Foreign Minister of Lithuania from 1934 until 1938. His son was also named Stasys Lozoraitis.

After the Republic of Lithuania was invaded by the Soviet Union in 1940, Lozoraitis formed a government in exile, that existed from 1940 until 1991. This entity was headquartered in Rome, and Lozoraitis served as its head from June 15 1940 until his death on December 24 1983.

Upon his death, he was succeeded by Stasys Bačkis as the leader of the Lithuanian Government in Exile, from December 24 1983, until November 15 1987. After 1987, this Government in Exile was based in Washington, D.C..
