Mihăeşti is a commune located in Vâlcea County, Romania. It is composed of thirteen villages: Arsanca, Bârseşti, Buleta, Govora, Gurişoara, Măgura, Mihăeşti, Munteni, Negreni, Rugetu, Scărişoara, Stupărei and Vulpueşti.
