Central Boiler is a U.S. manufacturer of wood- and corn-burning furnaces for residential and commercial applications. Established in 1984 by Dennis Brazier and located in Greenbush, Minnesota, the privately owned company has promoted its product line as an environmentally-friendly renewable energy alternative to traditional oil- and gas-based furnaces.

In 2007, Central Boiler signed a partnership agreement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to promote the manufacture and sale of clean-burning outdoor wood furnaces. Central Boiler was the first company whose products qualified for the EPA Outdoor Wood-fired Hydronic Heaters (OWHH) program. In 2008, the Maine Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of Air Quality annouced that the Central Boiler Maxim outdoor wood pellet and corn furnace line had been approved to meet Phase II of Maine's rule regarding outdoor wood boilers.
