Tropical Storm Marie

The name Marie has been used for two tropical cyclones in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. Marie should not be confused with Maria, which is used in the Atlantic and western Pacific, or with Mary, which was also used in the western Pacific.

Marie is used on the modern six-year lists in the eastern Pacific:
* 1984's Hurricane Marie
* 1990's Hurricane Marie
* 2008's Hurricane Marie

Marie was also used for nine tropical cyclones in the Western Pacific:
* 1954's Typhoon Marie - struck Japan.
* 1958's Typhoon Marie
* 1961's Tropical Storm Marie
* 1964's Typhoon Marie
* 1966's Typhoon Marie
* 1969's Tropical Storm Marie
* 1972's Typhoon Marie - destroyed many crops and coconut palms in the Northern Marianas Islands.
* 1976's Typhoon Marie
* 1997's Typhoon Marie
