FC Atyrau ( _kk. Атырау Футбол Клубы) are a Kazakhstani football club based at the Munayshy Stadium in Atyrau. They are current members of the Kazakhstan Premier League, having been promoted in 2001, and have played in the top division for the last six seasons. In that time they have twice been league runners-up (2001 and 2002). Recently as a result of financial problems the club almost suffered relegation in 2006.

Atyrau has twice entered the qualifying stages of UEFA Cup, but were elminiated by FK Matador Púchov of Slovakia in 2002 and Levski Sofia Bulgaria in 2003.
