Harptallica is an American female Metallica tribute duo, consisting of harpists Ashley Lancz Toman and Patricia Kline. Toman, a graduate student at the Eastman School of Music, first had the idea of the band in early 2006, when she arranged the Metallica song "Fade to Black" for two harps. What started as one song resulted in 10 Metallica songs performed on the harps and recorded to CD on November of that year. [ [http://www.harptallica.com/ Harptallica Official Site] ]

Since then, Harptallica has taken their tribute act across the U.S. They are currently seeking a record deal.
