Scarlett Road

Scarlett Road

Scarlett Road is a road in the west end of Toronto.

It is named for John Scarlett , a local mill owner in the area during the 1820s. His estate, Runnymede at Keele Street and Dundas Street would be the origin for the name of another street in Toronto, Runnymede Road, as well as Runnymede Collegiate Institute. The 79 Scarlett Road bus route serves this street and links with Runnymede station.
