The U-20 European Championship 2004 was held in Brno,Czech Republic between July 23 and August 1st, 2004. Slovinia won the gold medal after beating Israel in the final,while Lithuania won the bronze. Slovenia's Erazem Lorbek was named the tournament MVP. The all-tournament team included Yotam Halperin of Israel, Ivan Koljevic of Serbia and Montenegro, Konstantinos Vasileiadis of Greece, Linas Kleiza of Lithuania and Erazem Lorbek of Slovenia.
