Jose Carlos Diaz (born April 15, 1987 in Napa, CA, United States of America) is a professional footballer who currently plays for Ferencvarosi TC as a forward in the eastern group of the Hungarian second division. Played with the U-20 United States men's national soccer team and U-15 Mexico national football team. He played two years of college soccer for St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA on a full-ride soccer scholarship. In 2006, played in all 20 games and made 16 starts as a sophomore - his 10 points was second on the team. Played in 17 games as a true freshmen - was second on the team with 15 total points and was named to the All West Coast Conference First Team. Led the league in assists in 2005 as a freshman - his 11 assists set the single-season school record. Graduated from Vintage High School in Napa, CA in 2004 and was named the team MVP and was a First Team all-league selection.
