Pugad Baboy ". They are ordered according to first appearance in the comic strip's compilations (from "The Very Best of Pugad Baboy" or "Pugad Baboy One" to "Pugad Baboy Sunday Comics").Note that the list is limited only to those that appear in the strip proper and does not include guises that appear on promotional items such as the Polgas P-Gurines:
* Superpol - Polgas changes into thissuperhero spoof while the Sungcals were having afire drill . ["Fire Drill", Pugad Baboy 3]
* Aquapol - a spoof ofAquaman who saves the Pugad Baboy gang from some ugly sea creatures. ["Bakasyon ", The Best of Pugad Baboy]
* Amorsolo - Medina's version of a Ninja Turtle after seeing the pattern of the actual Ninja Turtles being named afterRenaissance artists. His name is derived from the name of Filipino painterFernando Amorsolo . ["Bodyguard", The Best of Pugad Baboy]
* Robin Hound - a spoof ofRobin Hood , he helps Tomas and Ka Noli stop a certain Sendong Langib and his band of pedophiles from escaping. ["Retraining", Pugad Baboy 4]
* Growlsbuster - a spoof of aGhostbuster . He drivesghoul s andmonster s away from the hut he and the Pugad Baboy gang were staying in Dueñas using weapons containinggarlic ."Ang Hiwaga ng Dueñas ", Pugad Baboy 4]
* Weredog - awerewolf cover of Wisedog to stake out the camp of the ghouls, so he and the Pugad Baboy gang could rescue Pao later.
* Shin Dong Pol - a "tae kwon dog" expert who teaches his martial art to Debbie and Barbie to get back at their husbands. ["Feminist", PB5]
* Dr. Edwin Polbert - a spoof of Dr. Edwin Colbert, apaleontologist specializing in dinosaurs. He appears after Bab found what seemed to be adinosaur bone . ["Jurassic Pork", Pugad Baboy 6]
* Commandog - a spoof of "Commando", a title character played byArnold Schwarzenegger . He gives Tomas a bomb filled with pink paint after the latter became ironically frustrated in hispaintball skills. Commandog apparently takes advantage of Tomas's feelings to settle Commandog's grudge against the owner of the Pari's Point restaurant after Commandog was refused a discount. * Judge Tickolas Marshall - a spoof of the lead character Nicholas Marshall in theTV show "Dark Justice ". Judge Tickolas implements "Bark Justice" where his punishments for various crimes seem lame at first, but brutal if applied. ["Bark Justice", Pugad Baboy 6] His most brutal punishment was to Americandeserter Cassius "G. I." Jones, whom the judge sentences to death "in any way possible" for the latter's activities involvingwhite slavery . The judge's weakness happens to be his fear of hurting women. * Pol Torero - a spoof of theWorld Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)'sThe Undertaker . Dagul called him the "Pinoy Undertaker" (a Filipino version of the wrestler) after Polgas appears in the Undertaker's get-up and uttered, "I will not rest in peace!" His name is derived from the Filipino word "sepultorero", acemetery caretaker, and this guise is probably aHalloween gimmick. ["Living Dead", Pugad Baboy 7]
* Carlo J. Capolgas - a spoof of Filipinomovie director Carlo J. Caparas . Like his namesake director, Carlo wants his films to be full of blood and gore, much to the embarrassment of his latest acquisition, Tiny. ["Artista II", Pugad Baboy 7]
* Dogtor Walden Beldog - a spoof of socio-economistWalden Bello who comments on the Philippine government's application of theGeneral Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). ["Mga Eksenang Pang-inis", Pugad Baboy 7]
* J. Paul Gasti - a spoof of J. Paul Getty. Polgas uses this name for his "rich dog" persona as acting out as a rich dog is the only way adoomsday cult (which he and the Walang Payat Gang, composed of Paltik, Joma, and Utoy, were investigating) would recruit him into their fold. * Ka Buhayan - a guise that appears in a strip series which reminds readers that one doesn't have to rely on the government for a person's success; some entrepreneurial skills and nearby natural resources will do. The two farmers in that series initially mistook him for "Kamatayan" (Death , i. e. TheGrim Reaper ). ["Ka Buhayan", PB13]
* Dr. Sigmund Floyd - a spoof ofpsychoanalyst Sigmund Freud . He is apsychiatrist who treats his patients usingsarcasm . Two of his patients were Dagul (for hisxenophobia ) and Bab (for his "incurable laziness"). ["Psychiatrist", PB13] Later appearances showed him without his mullet. ["Dr. Sigmund Floyd", 18 eighteen]
* Polstradamus - a spoof ofNostradamus . He is a seer who makes very grim but very true predictions. ["Polstradamus", 17]
* Darth Paul - a spoof ofDarth Maul . He appears basically as a gimmick in "promoting" "" alongside Debbie as "Pigme Amidala" and Brosia as "Sar-Sar Biks" ("sar" is short for "asar", which, fittingly enough for Brosia's personality, is the Filipino term for "annoy"). ["Star Wars", 18 eighteen]
* The Polisher - a spoof of The Punisher. This guise initially appears as a shoeshine boy cumnotary public who advises Igno to check on the background of Igno's clients, Napoleon and Alexander Ang, before the ex-convictbounty hunter could proceed with his mission. The Polisher reveals his true self after throwing a flaming can ofshoe polish at some goons to save Igno and his "target" Rudolf Cruz. He also coins his alternate name The Publisher after revealing to Igno that he also "published" Medina's compilations. ["", Pugad Baboy Sunday Comics]
* Horatio Canine - a spoof ofHoratio Caine , the lead character of "". He suddenly appears when Tiny discovered that somebody bit into her chocolate bar. He then tells her what can be done to "catch" whoever munched on the said bar. [This guise appeared in a strip published in 2007, and has not yet been seen in any compilation published as of this time.]References
