The Lyrics Board

The Lyrics Board is an Irish game show with local versions around the world.

International versions

*Danish: "Hit med sangen"
*Finnish: "BumtsiBum!" (1997-2005)
*Norwegian: "Kamp i klaveret"
*Russian: "Dva royalya" ("Два рояля")
*Slovenian: "Odpeto"
*Swedish: " ska det låta" (since 1997)
*Flemish (since 1998) and Dutch (since 2000): "De Notenclub"

From 2001 to 2006, the Polish TVP2 also produced a show based on "The Lyrics Board" license called "Śpiewające fortepiany" ("Singing pianos") with slightly different rules, hosted by stage and TV personality Rudi Schubert. [ [http://ww2.tvp.pl/3976,20050919247095.strona Śpiewające fortepiany] (in Polish).] The show was cancelled in the Spring of 2006 and replaced by a similar one called "Doobidoo" [ [http://www.press.pl//newsy/pokaz.php?id=4332 Press] in Polish] , based on a Swedish concept. There was also a short-lived version on BBC Wales, "The Lyrics Game".
