- Douglas E. Moore

Douglas E. Moore (born c. 1928), is a Methodist minister, civil rights activist, and politician in Washington, D.C. In 1974, he was elected as a Democrat to be an at-large member of the Council of the District of Columbia in the first election after home rule was established, serving for one term.[1]
Moore is the pastor at Elijah United Methodist Church in Poolesville, Maryland.[2] [3]
