"Special Operations Unit" is a highly-trained Turkish Special Police Force unit.
It is involved in
Counter-terrorism ,Espionage and intelligence gathering. They are also called in for protests, where protesters usually attack local shops and the environment.The unit also specialises in Counter-Terrorism operations against gforces such as the
Kurd ish PKK and is very successful in doing so.See also
