Brian Pennicott

Brian Pennicott

Major-General Sir Brian Thomas Pennicott, KCVO, a senior British Army officer. He was Defence Services Secretary 1991-1994, and additionally Assistant Chief of Defence Staff (Personnel and Reserves) 1992-94.

He was appointed as a Gentleman Usher and was present at the funeral of the Queen Mother.
