Temple Beth Israel is a Reform synagogue located at One Bowman Street in Plattsburgh, New York. Established in 1861, it joined the Union for Reform Judaism in 1913, and completed the construction of its current building in 1971.

As of 2008, the rabbi was Heidi F. Waldmann.
