Căianu Mic is a commune in Bistriţa-Năsăud County, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Căianu Mare, Căianu Mic, Ciceu-Poieni and Dobric. It also included two other villages until 2004, when they were transferred to Spermezeu Commune.
