The College is deeply religious in itsCatholic roots and offers a wide range of qualifications including A-levels, GCSEs and foundation courses.St Mary's College also has a good reputation in sports. The exam pass rate has hit its highest peak since the college was formed in 1904. The student president is Ryan Stephens, who won the annual student presidency election. The college also publishes a successful college
newspaper and has a close connection with St David's R.C. Technology College. The college offers a wide variety of trips to students includingFrance ,Rome ,London and the Holocaust memorial inAuschwitz .Teachers include Stuart Booth, Chris Leblique, Chris Griffiths, Mary Sproxton and Andy Ford. In the summer of 2008 it was announced that the College would invest heavily in their
