Gakhal (Punjabi: ਗਾਖਲ) is a Jatt clan from the state of Punjab.

Gakhals Today

Most Gakhals are found in the Doaba region of Punjab where there is a Gakhal village in Jalandhar. Some Gakhal families have moved to other villages in the Doaba region.Gakhals have moved to places around the world during the 20th century including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Gakhals are Sikh by religion.
