Kjerringvik

Kjerringvik

Kjerringvik is a village located in Mosvik, Norway, about five kilometers west of the municipal center; it is on the shore of the Trondheimsfjord at Skarnsund.

The village hosted the ferry quay for the Vangshylla–Kjerringvik Ferry from 1958–91; the first six years with onwards connection to Levanger. In 1991 the ferry was replaced by the Skarnsund Bridge.
