Barbara "Barb" Byrum is a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives from Ingham County, representing the 67th District in succession to her mother, House Minority Leader Dianne Byrum. Byrum currently serves as vice-chair of the House Committee on Agriculture and as the chair on the Intergovernmental, Urban and Regional Affairs Committee. She also serves on the Commerce, Education and Health Policy committees.

Byrum is an advocate for creating jobs for Ingham county and Michigan. She is proud to stand up to the special interests at the State Capitol to shake up the status quo and create good-paying jobs.

Byrum is a graduate of Michigan State University, earning a bachelor of science degree in agribusiness management and a law degree from the MSU College of Law. She lives in Onondaga with her husband Brad Delaney and their son Blake.
