List of quartet champions by year

This page lists the Barbershop Harmony Society's international quartet champions by the year in which they won. Quartets can only win once, though up to two members may appear together in another quartet and compete again. In this manner individual singers may win multiple gold medals. Several men have won two gold medals, and three men, Joe Connelly, Tony DeRosa, and Jeff Oxley, have won three. Connelly sang with Interstate Rivals, Keepsake, and PLATINUM, DeRosa with Keepsake, PLATINUM, and Max Q, and Oxley with The Rapscallions, Acoustix, and Max Q. Connelly was the first to achieve this milestone, and DeRosa is the only to achieve it in multiple voice parts.
