Bielice IPA-pl| [|b|j|e|'|l|i|c|e|] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mogilno, within Mogilno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately convert|7|km|mi|0 south-east of Mogilno, convert|58|km|mi|0|abbr=on south of Bydgoszcz, and convert|64|km|mi|0|abbr=on south-west of Toruń.

In 2008 the village had a population of 292.
