Muli is a town and "taluka" situated 21 km (12 miles) away from the centre of the district of Surendranagar.

Muli has many places to show like Mandawrayji Mandir, Swaminarayan Mandir, Sadawadi, Shaligram Aashram and so on.

The population of Muli is more than 20,000 people. Most of people are Parmar Rajputs and Jains. Mandawrayji Mandir is the centre of strong faith of Parmar Rajputs and Jain people of Muli and for others too.

It's said that the Shaligram Ashram in Muli is one of the holy and spirutal place of Muli, because there was stay of six months of Hindu god Shri Krishna.

Swaminarayan Temple is one of the main four temple of Swaminarayan like Vadtal, Wadhvan, Gadhda and Muli.The Swamanarayan "mandir" is called "Prashadi nu Mandir".
