Serif was founded by a small team of
software engineers who wanted to create a low-costDesk Top Publishing (DTP) package for everyday PC users.In 1990 Serif released PagePlus 1.0 which was the low-cost DTP package that they wanted. Today PagePlus is Serif’s flagship software suite and has won several awards over the years.Since it began Serif has increased its product range, which now includes 12 titles. And in 2005 Serif added a new section of the Serif website called Serif Extra, with selected software and hardware items from other manufacturers.
